Return Policy

At Lily & Harper London, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This policy outlines our return conditions clearly.


Return Conditions

• A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

• Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

• Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.


Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more are considered final sale.


These items are not eligible for a full refund.


However, depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• Exchange for a different size or item

• Store credit

• Partial refund of up to 20% in case of minor issues


Full refunds are only granted if the item is defective or if an incorrect item was delivered.


Return Process


  1. Submit your return request via info@lilyandharperlondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.



Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and approved upon inspection, a refund will be issued in accordance with our policy. Please note that discounted items may not be eligible for a full refund.


Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
